Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary depending on customs and location)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (USA): Free for orders over $50; flat rate applies to orders below $50.
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
- International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Paw Vends is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Paw Vends is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Paw Vends is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
