At Paw Vends, we want you and your pets to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Grooming products that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pawvends.com or call +1 (619) 508-8006. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To start a return, please email info@pawvends.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
