Shipping

Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days within the USA, depending on the product and destination. All orders ship after a 1–2 day processing time.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships—usually within 24 hours of dispatch.

We partner with TopDawg and other trusted suppliers. To speed up delivery, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Our products are sourced from vetted suppliers through TopDawg, with fulfillment centers located across the U.S. and internationally. We choose the fastest warehouse available for your order.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days.
  • Standard shipping is free over $50
  • Below $50, a small flat rate applies
  • Expedited and international shipping are calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Yes! International shipping is available, and delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Any customs fees or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

If your package is severely delayed or marked "delivered" but missing, contact us right away—we’ll help by investigating with the carrier and finding a solution. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; incorrect addresses may cause delays.

Orders

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help with edits or cancellations. Reach out as soon as possible—we’re quick!

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements
  • Used grooming items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards

Send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it-no extra cost to you.

Email us at info@pawvends.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you instructions and the correct return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest method is to return your item and place a new order for the size or item you prefer.

Subscriptions

Yes! We’re currently building subscription options for essentials like food, treats, and accessories. You’ll be able to set automated deliveries so you never run out of your pet’s favorites.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers-your full payment info is never stored by us.
